Continuity of cooperation and partnership to support sustainable projects between Omantel and Dar Al Atta’a
The Society was honored by the General Secretariat of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf in the field of housing Which came within the axes of the meeting of the twentieth session of Gulf Housing Ministers held in Riyadh, based on the association’s bid The effective impact on community service and the effective contribution to the housing assistance program for those affected by Hurricane Shaheen in Sultanate of Oman nominated by the Omani Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning. It is worth noting that the prize of the Cooperation Council in the field of housing work was approved by the concerned ministers Housing affairs in their thirteenth meeting (Kuwait: September / 2014 AD), believing that housing is one of the sectors important that reflects a comprehensive vision in the field of care for the individual socially and economically, and an emphasis on the need to preserve character The distinguished urban community in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries and its blending with the needs of the Gulf community.
Repeated, in a year 2015 the association won their first place at Great Giving Project. That happened at Al Sultan Qaboos award ceremony for volunteerism 2015(fourth session). That ministry of social development under patronage of excellency doctor Ahmed Ben Mohammed Al Fotesy the minister of transport and communication with it organized the ceremony.
Dar Al atta Association got an Al Sultan Qaboos Award for volunteerism (The Third place) in 2011 about the cultural center project at Moaz Bin Jabal for general education located in Seyah village in the state of Qurayat, where the associated build up multipurpose hall (cultural center) at the school, that school is only one at the area that works on two periods, at the morning for boys and at the evening for girls. Also, it is one of the schools affiliated to the general directorate of education in Muscat governorate.
The Excellency Doctor Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qaslaila, the ruler of Sharjah honored Dar Alatta association as one of the best charity associations in the Gulf level, through the first Gulf social work festival in Sharjah in 2008. And that appreciation of contributions, and its pioneering role in serving the society and its issues as a pioneer of social work pioneers in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries.
Dar Alatta Association got Humanitarian Action Award Gulf Cooperation Council (fifth session) AL Bahrain 2016, where the association selected for the award of the pioneering nonornamental humanitarian insulation in the Gulf . this award aims to honor of pioneering governmental projects in Gulf Cooperation Council countries and to highlight the Gulf charity associations, and its role in building human societies.
