After aggravation their suffering as refugees in the last period
In cooperation with the Omani authority for charity, Dar Al-Atta’a Association visited Al-Rohinga refugee’s camps at a city of Cox Bazar of Bangladesh.
With help of the Deputy Head of Mission at the Sultanate’s Embassy in Bangladesh, the delegation of the commission distributed a number of food aid to nearly 1000 families.
Where the delegation was briefing on the land where the Omani camps well be built on it for Al-Rohinga’s refugees during the coming period, that in cooperation with the United Nation High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR).
The delegation of the commission held several meetings with a number of UNHCR officials, Bangladeshi Relief officials and local competent authorities.
That is for research in construction a camp for thousands of refugees and provides them the basic health and educational needs.
About this visit, the head of Dar Al-Atta’a Association Mrs. Maryam Al-Zadjali said:
Last January, the association inaugurated a campaign to relief the Rohinga Muslims fleeing from Myanmar to Bangladesh especially after the increasing of refugee’s suffering in the last period.
Dar Al-Atta’a constantly used to be helpful and generous at Home and abroad.
In cooperation with Omani authority for charity, we visited the refugee’s camps and researched their requirements.
Where Omani camps will be construct, it accommodates thousands of families and achieves their requirements in the near future.
